10. we will send an quotation with our company's banker information to you within one to two business days subject to holiday effect

The duration of shipment mainly depends on following situations.

Different countriesneed various time for delivery. For instance, shipping to the USA is around 7 days while ship to Europe need about 7 days.

Custom guns need 2 weeks for modification and shipment.

We will test the porduct if you request. What should I do when I received damaged products?

Please do not ship the items back without our consent. You should contact our sales department first in order to let us deciding an appropriate arrangement. Owing to finding out the reasons for detect of the products, we suggest you to ship the items back. We will check it and take a video record for reference in the process of testing, you need to pay shipping cost from your locality to Hong Kong. If any real problem due to factory faulty will be found, we will repair the item and return it back or ship a new set of products with no charge. This part of shipping cost will be paid by our company.In case there is no problem of the products, all shipping cost will be incurred yourself.

What are the types of airsoft guns?

Airsoft gun can be categories into three main types.

• the first type is AEG, stands for Air Electric Gun, is battery powered. A motor turns a gear box that compresses a cylinder compressing air. This is the most popular type of airsoft due to its full auto fire capability.

• the second type is bolt/spring action airsoft gun including bolt action rifle, shot gun, grenade launcher, and sniper rifle. Most are singlt shot with high capability magazine. A spring compresses a cylinder when pulling back the slide or cocking handle. The merits of these type of airsoft is simplicity and lower cost of operation, however it is incapability of full auto fire.

• the third type is gas powered gun. It uses gas to accelerate the BB out of the barrel. This type of airsoft is the realistic gas blow back features. When you are firing the gun, you will see the top slide of the gun blow back just like the real firearm. The main disadvantage is low capacity by gas tank of the gun. Typically, gas guns use a CO2 silicon oil mix called green gas as a propellant. you will need to recharge the gas tank after firing around 30 rounds.

How are accurate and powerful of airsoft guns?

It is not simple to answer this question. Feet per second of airsoft generally is about 120 to 300 fps.

The standard plastic plastic airsoft BB is 3 times the size of a standard copper BB but less than half the weight this results in minimal penetration at even high velocities. Most guns have a relatively flat trajectory out to at least 20 feet. BBs can carry over 30 meters but, have little or no effect at these distances.

Hop up does not add power, however give the BB some lift to carry out to farther distances. Hop up only effect the BB after 15 to 20 feet. So unless you are in an area where you can shoot farther then 50 feet hop up is near pointless.

What is "Hop up"?

It is standard feature on all AEGs and makes the BB go farther and keeps the BB in air longer. The hop up system employs an adjustable defent that partially drops down in front of the projectile in the gun's chamber. When the gun is fired, the BB brushes past the defent, whcih puts a backspin on the BB's trajectory. One can adjust the hop up to cause the BBs to drop sharply, fly perfectly straight or hop up and extend its effective range. This counters the force of gravity on the BB giving it more range. Different spins are different actions. However, without hop up, the BB will drop before it starts loosing too much velocity.

What is the range of different types of spring?

m/s means meter per second; fps means feet per second.

What is different in voltage and mAh?

Voltage respresents the power of battery. Higher the voltage, higher the power that provide the motor what it needs. For instance, 12V has voltage and power than 8.4V battery.

The mAh means measurement of endurance. The higher the number in milliamper hours, the longer the juice of battery.

8.4V 600 mAh is enough to operate the general airsoft guns. Upgraded guns need higher strength and capacity batteries.

What are the types of batteries?

There are three main types of battery, mini, AK (small) and large. A small battery will last up to half a day and a large battery should last around a day of a reasonable paced game.

Why should I discharge and do not overcharge battery?

Over charged and not to discahrged can deteriorate the battery.

Over charged make your charger is the one that can change from fast speed to low speed.

Don't discharge will ruin your battery in a very short time. So keep the battery discharged when not in use.

What types of BB should I use?

All Airsoft guns shoot 6mm BB. The higher weight of the BB, the more powerful of the gun.

• 0.20g are the standard game weight. They fly quite straight and don't drop too quickly due to being heavy.

• 0.25g are more accurate at close range to increased mass but drop earlier and hurt a bit more at close range.

• 0.30g are more accurate, drop faster and hurt more.

• 0.43g are the heaviest game weight. They should be very accurate but they may damage some guns.

After cleaning the barrel with the cleaning rod, you can re-test it with 0.20-0.25g BBs.

0.30-0.43g BBs are for competition and also before using need to upgrade the internal parts first.

Can BB reuse?

BB may crack and deform after used. It may ruin your gun unless you want it to become defective.

Can use the 6mm paintballs?

Certainly not to do this. Paintballs are easy to rupture in the magazine or in the gun. You need to disassemble, and then clean up the paint.

Does it hurt if I get shot from an airsoft gun?

You may feel a slight tap to a slight dting. Of course, it depends on the distance you are fit from or the modification of guns you are hit by. It could hurt more of the upgrading modification, being hit from 5 feet away, and not wearing any protective clothing.

What are hi-cap mags and low-cap mags?

Hi-cap mags are magazine for the AEG's that hold anywhere from 150-350 BBs in one magazine. The way they work is you pour the BBs into a reservoir (this usually makes a loud rattling noise.) The BBs are forced up by a gear that is forced to spin by a spring. you need to crank this spring via a little wheel on the bottom of the mag.

Low-cap mags hold 50-80 BBs. They use a long spring to push the BBs into the chamber.

Which equipments should we need to start with?

A face goggle is important to protect your face and eyes. you can also consider getting an army battle dress uniform and a pair of boots to protect you for outdoor game. Electric Airsoft gun player will need to purchase extra BBs, correct battery, adapter and battery charger. Gas blow back gun player will need to purchase extra BBs, and gas.
